ReBounce Physio
Amanda holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in England and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She has developed a strong clinical interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and pelvic health conditions, and is passionate about helping people move with confidence and return to the activities they love. Amanda takes a collaborative and individualized approach to physiotherapy. She believes that every person’s body, goals, and experiences are unique, and she takes the time to learn about each patient’s lifestyle, hobbies, and beliefs. This allows her to create treatment plans that are both effective and meaningful. Her sessions focus on education and empowerment, helping patients better understand their bodies and play an active role in their recovery. Her treatment approach integrates evidence-based techniques including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and dry needling (IMS). Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys staying active around the Lower Mainland, working toward improving her marathon race times, and as an avid traveler, exploring new places whenever she can.
