Napa raised massage therapist who found love for body work after massaging my grandfathers hands and feet after a long day of performing manual labor. I was fortunate enough to find the perfect school for massage for me, National Holistic Institute, where I learned different modalities varying from both eastern and western styles. I have now developed my own style where I just give the body what it needs, I have learned to just listen. I have worked in various spas but my true passion is connecting with each client on a personal level, creating the perfect environment to help improve not only your muscle pain but your every day life. As a mother of 3, I have a lot of compassion and a very nurturing feel, and my private practice tells just that. My massage office is located in Napa but I am also available for home calls.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
