Jonathan’s path into healthcare began with a lifelong passion for sports and performance. Like many young athletes, he dealt with recurring injuries and bounced between physiotherapists, chiropractors, and medical doctors, often receiving conflicting advice and short-term fixes that slowed or even worsened his recovery. These experiences motivated him to create the consistent, effective standard of care he wished he had growing up. Jonathan completed a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and later his Doctor of Chiropractic. In the meantime, he’s worked with thousands of individuals ranging from police officers and varsity athletes to seniors and post-surgical cases. His collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, and family physicians strengthened his belief in patient-centered care that leads to clear and timely outcomes. Today, Jonathan’s mission is simple: Provide the best care possible. His approach blends scientific evidence, practical experience, and each patient’s unique goals - whether that means moving without pain, returning to sport, or optimizing health and wellness outcomes. Every treatment plan is personalized, focused, and designed to create lasting results that are realistic and sustainable. Jonathan integrates a comprehensive range of techniques including: acupuncture, active release therapy, custom orthotic prescription, functional movement screening, exercise-based rehabilitation, and spinal adjustments - addressing pain, optimizing movement, and enhancing overall function.
