I offer massage therapy and energy therapy. I have been part of the team at Total Health Solutions since 2014. I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1991, so I have had many years to hone my skills in therapeutic massage, including sports, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular, cupping, healing touch and Reiki. I eagerly embrace new learning in the ever expanding field of bodywork. Some of my clients are patients of the skilled chiropractors at THS and benefit from our collaborative efforts for improved health. I also welcome clients who are only seeking massage or energy work independent of chiropractic care. Clients have the option of warm stones and high quality essential oils in my massage at no extra cost. I also have a Masters degree in Counseling and enjoyed a career as a school counselor for 25 years. I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel good!
