This St. John’s method utilizes evaluation of postural distortions, biomechanical dysfunction and soft tissue patterns to allow the therapist to develop a program of individual therapy. Locating ischemic areas in soft tissue determines trigger points, nerve compression and/or entrapment possibilities. The tone is then normalized to allow the central nervous and musculoskeletal systems to balance. Excellent for pain relief.
