Naushin has a special interest in working with runners, volleyball players, and martial artists—particularly those practicing Muay Thai and Taekwondo—with a focus on injury prevention and performance optimization. She also enjoys supporting recreational athletes and individuals returning to movement after time away, helping them rebuild strength safely and confidently at their own pace.
