As a physiotherapist, my goal is to assist you in finding the root cause of the pain rather than just treating the symptoms. I employ a whole-body approach to therapy and tailor individualized treatment plans for my clients using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education. I believe by empowering clients to take an active approach to their rehabilitation, they can have greater outcomes. I have a particular interest in pre and post operative rehabilitation and sports injuries. Specifically, I have worked with many amateur and elite level athletes in their recoveries after ACL and Achilles surgeries. I not only strive to help you overcome the injury but to become better versions of yourself.
