All LMTs accept cash/out of pocket, CHUSA, and MVA patients.** For the last twenty years I have immersed myself into health and wellness in pursuit of a vibrant and meaningful life. I have weaved and worn many hats and identities, from dancer, to dance teacher, from mother and massage therapist, to photographer and small business owner. Through all my experiences I have learned that embodiment is how we attain our highest selves. While always changing and in transition, our bodies are the one constant thing we have in this lifetime. I find this awe inspiring and have yet to tire of learning and feeling all that I can about the intricacies of our bodies and what it means to be human. I practice movement and bodywork because I want to help people feel more at home in their bodies. I believe our bodies are intelligent and whole, always working with us and for us. I believe massage therapy is a powerful tool to help the body, mind and spirit come back home; to remember everything that it already knows. My practice is an evolving integration of my favorite modalities of Swedish, deep tissue and shiatsu.
