Richard incorporates deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and PNF stretching to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term functional health. He enjoys working with a wide range of patients, whether they are managing stress, recovering from injury, or living with ongoing discomfort.
