Vrushali Sheth

Vrushali Sheth is a registered physiotherapist dedicated to helping individuals overcome pain and physical limitations in order to restore function and enhance quality of life. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University in India and relocated to Canada in 2015. She has been practicing as a registered physiotherapist in Canada since 2018. With more than 15 years of clinical experience across India and Canada, Vrushali specializes in orthopedic physical therapy. Her practice includes the treatment of acute and chronic pain, overuse and sports-related injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She is also certified in Dry Needling and Post-Concussion Rehabilitation (Levels 1 and 2). Vrushali is committed to bridging the gap between traditional rehabilitation and optimal movement performance. She prioritizes evidence-informed care and works to empower patients to achieve their personal health and functional goals through education, targeted intervention, and individualized treatment planning. Outside of her professional practice, Vrushali enjoys spending time with her children, exploring new restaurants with friends and family, and taking weekend trips with her loved ones.
