Having graduated in February 2026, Courtney is proud to be a Registered Massage Therapist who genuinely loves what she does. With a deep appreciation for anatomy and movement, she is endlessly curious about how muscles work, adapt, and respond to stress, injury, and daily life. Courtney approaches each treatment with care, presence, and the intention to help clients feel more comfortable and connected in their bodies. Outside of the clinic, Courtney enjoys attending live music events, studying Japanese, and spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Soma.
Facial Gua Sha originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine and involves gliding a smooth, flat tool over the face in specific patterns to promote circulation, reduce puffiness, and encourage lymphatic drainage. It enhances the complexion by stimulating the flow of blood and oxygen to the skin. This gentle, non-invasive modality is a 30-minute addition to any other massage, such as deep tissue, relaxation, cupping, etc, and it includes face, neck, & scalp. Some of the benefits of Gua Sha face massage: - Promote lymphatic drainage which can: reduce puffiness & fluid retention, detoxify the skin, assist in clearing the skin - Improve circulation which can: promote a glowing complexion, tighten & lift the skin, improve muscle tone, reducing sagging, and provide a temporary contouring effect - Improve skin texture by smoothing fine lines, wrinkles, and rough patches - Promote relaxation, which can: reduce facial muscle tension as well as headache or migraine relief
