I'm Dr Jen, a naturopathic doctor, mom of 3 adventurous boys and an avid bookworm. My goal is to optimise your family's health while simplifying motherhood. I focus on small simple changes that allow you to make lasting lifestyle changes to improve your family's health. I love integrating acupuncture within visits. Through my education as a naturopathic doctor we were trained in classical acupuncture. This method focuses on treating the entire body and ensure your Qi is flowing optimally. As an energetic and physical modality, I am able to target your physical symptoms as well as support the release of emotions. Acupuncture can calm your sympathetic nervous system, allowing your body to relax and promote healing.

This appointment is set up to for acupuncture. We will continue with your treatment plan and make modifications as needed. Cupping might also be discussed if it is an appropriate option for your concerns.
