Cassandra has been an RMT since 2017 and a body worker for 2 years prior . Having always had an interest in working with people in a way that brings them comfort and relief, she has been fortunate to find this career path that allows her to help others in a welcoming and calming environment. Cassandra has an interest in providing care to back, neck and shoulder conditions, headache/migraine relief, anxiety and depression conditions, shoulder injuries, stress and general nervous system reduction. She uses a variety of techniques during treatment including but not limited to : Myofacial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish, joint mobilization and passive stretching.

Initial RMT Appointments for those who are not current Patients. These appointments are specific to determining goals, current and past injuries or contributing factors. Special Tests will be used if necessary. Initial appointments take slightly longer in initial intake which can have less hands on time. This is to ensure we have the proper picture of what we will be treating for this appointment and ongoing appointments. Some common conditions (but not limited to are): Stress reduction, Shoulder Pathologies, Depression/Anxiety, Headaches/Migraines, Insomnia, Ongoing Back Pain, Chronic Pain etc.
