My name is Brittany and I live in Oshkosh with my family and 3 dogs. I graduated from Fox Valley Tech in 2015. Just last year, relax recharge renew LLC was established. I offer services such as deep tissue massage and swedish massage as well as offer add ons such as scrubs on the back and feet, dry brushing, hot stones, and cupping. I love helping people whether its helping them relax or focusing on problem areas.
Therapeutic or Deep Tissue Massage is a type of treatment massage designed to remove severe tension and relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It does NOT have to hurt to be effective! Therapeutic Massage improves range of motion, helps heal injuries below the surface, and provides relief from activated trigger/tender points. Myofascial Release techniques may also be incorporated to stretch and repair connective issue between your muscles (fascia).
