Your service may include at no additional cost: foot scrub, cupping, warm bamboo, Himalayan salt stones, or other new modalities. Please let Jo know if you are lotion, oil, or scent sensitive.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle manipulation/pressing on the foot to produce an effect elsewhere in the body. With this service, you will be wearing your clothes. Please wear pants that you can easily move close to/over your knee.
