I'm a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and graduate of The Center for Massage & Natural Health. My work blends therapeutic techniques with an intuitive and restorative approach designed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and support overall well-being. I spent many years living and raising my family in the mountains of Asheville, where wellness and natural healing are a way of life. After recently relocating to South Carolina, I am grateful to continue offering personalized bodywork that helps clients feel more balanced, relaxed, and at home in their bodies.

Lymphatic Drainage
Relax into an Infrared sauna blanket while receiving Lymphatic-style massage designed to support circulation, ease tension, and promote overall wellness. During the last part of your session, the blanket is fully enclosed, and the heat is increased while facial red-light therapy enhances your relaxation experience. Cool lavender-infused towels complete the treatment, leaving you refreshed, renewed, and glowing.
