Certified in Functional Dry Needling (FDN) and Acupuncture AIM Level 1 & 2 Upper Certified Training in Assessment and Treatment of Running Injuries Sport Physiotherapy Canada First Responder Bilingual (French & English) My practice is fueled by a passion for restoring movement, optimizing performance and empowering people to live active and healthy lives. I completed both my Bachelor of Science in Biology and my Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa, where I was honoured to receive the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Student Award and the Orthopaedic Excellence Award for academic, clinical and leadership excellence —milestones that strengthened my dedication for delivering meaningful, evidence-based care! A meaningful part of my practice is supporting women in staying active across all stages of life. I am committed to helping remove barriers that can prevent women from moving with confidence—whether that’s returning to sport, exercise, or everyday activity. I am currently pursuing advanced training in pelvic health, which will further equip me to support women in maintaining active, confident lifestyles. My clinical background spans orthopaedics, sports injuries, post-operative rehab and supporting high-level athletic teams. I take a personalized, whole-person approach to treatment, supported by continued education in manual therapy, acupuncture and functional dry needling, as well as training on the assessment and treatment of running injuries. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, rebuilding strength after surgery, managing a chronic condition, or working towards goals that make you feel like your best self, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. My goal is to create a rehab experience that feels motivating, collaborative, and genuinely empowering through hands-on treatment with individualized, exercise-based strategies tailored to each person’s needs. Physiotherapy is always evolving and I’m committed to growing with it. I continually expand my skills through advanced courses, mentorship, and professional development. I proudly serve as an active member of the Eastern Ontario Orthopaedics Unit Committee of the National Orthopaedic Division- work that keeps me connected, learning, and inspired! As a former competitive soccer player who has navigated multiple injuries, I understand firsthand the importance of movement, recovery, and performance and how transformative the right guidance is! I’m passionate about helping people rebuild trust in their bodies, rediscover movement, and return to what they love feeling strong, capable, and supported. Outside of the clinic, you can find me on a soccer field or volleyball court, playing the piano, or spending quality time with friends and family. “It is never too late to be what you might have been” —George Eliot
