I am a College of Ontario–certified physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Gujarat University, India. While completing my postgraduate studies, I also worked as a physiotherapist in India, gaining valuable clinical experience alongside my education. After moving to Canada, I worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in multidisciplinary health clinics while preparing for my licensing exams. These experiences allowed me to expand my clinical skills and adapt to the Canadian healthcare system. As a physiotherapist, I have had the privilege of working with patients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of healthcare needs. I have treated both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as well as postoperative cases such as total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements. My experience also includes working with children following corrective surgeries for congenital deformities, and supporting patients recovering from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. I follow an evidence-based, goal-oriented approach that incorporates patient education, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of electrotherapy. My ultimate goal as a physiotherapist is to help patients restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy hiking, visiting local pick-your-own farms for fresh produce, cooking a variety of vegetarian dishes, traveling with family and friends, and gardening—especially growing fresh produce in my backyard.
