Sara has worked for over 15 years in the medical field. She developed a passion for massage therapy and manual lymphatic drainage due to her own health journey. Sara attended Columbus State Community College in 2022 to obtain her Massage Therapy certification and licensure. In 2023, Sara travelled up north to Canada to obtain her Vodder Certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy. Sara is very excited to take on a new role in health and wellness!
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. The appointment will start with a 15 minute health assessment followed by a 90 minute session. *** Sales tax will be added to this cost if there is no doctor's note/prescription. ***
