Credentials and Training: National Holistic Institute - Santa Ana, California - Massage Therapist and Health Educator Certificate - Jan 2022 - Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program - Sept 2022 Miranda received a total of 800 hours in general training split up between Eastern and Western modalities. Afterwards, she elected to attend the Advanced Neuromuscular program where she earned an additional 450 hours that detailed muscular anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. This program also thoroughly covered trigger points, their referral pain, and associated pathologies that trigger points can mimic. Being an ANMT helped Miranda become more clinically minded but she also combined the energy work learned in her general education and a natural intuition for a style that is effective but not too demanding. Her professional mission statement: >“Through education and compassion, facilitate a more balanced and positive relationship between my clients and their body for the sake of their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.”

This goal-oriented therapeutic massage targets specific areas of tension to relieve pain, increase range of motion, and restore functional balance. Each session blends deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques - including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and active mobility work - to address your unique treatment goals and promote optimal recovery.
