A gift of massage forever changed my life. I am blessed and my life is full. For the first time in my life, I experience joy in coming to work. I am aNew York State Licensed Massage Therapist as well as Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work. I am also a Certified Holistic Aromatherapist through the New York Institute of Aromatherapy. After receivingmy first massage as a birthday gift over20 years ago, I was awakened by the power of touch. It was then thatmy passion for wanting to share the gift of touch was born. Massage therapy was a far stretch my original dream of becoming an Optometrist. After studying for four years at Stony Brook University, and later pursuing a career in Corporate America,I knew that another chance at life would lead me to my ultimate destiny to become a Massage Therapist. When that chance presented itself, I took a huge leap of faith and enrolled in the 1000 hour accelerated program at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. While studying at Onondaga, I attended a hands on seminar that introduced me to the phenomenal power of healing through Essential Oils. There Ilearned that the gift of touch and essential oils are a perfect marriage. Since thenmy passion for Aromatherapy has grown leadingme to study Holistic Aromatherapy at the New York Instituteof Aromatherapy whereI received my certification as an Aromatherapist.I incorporates the use of essential oils into my daily practice. I specializeRaindrop Technique, Aromatherapy, Reflexology,Myofascial Release, Sports and Hot Stone Massage. **I am not accepting new clients at this time.

Whether you prefer light, medium, firm pressure or deep tissue this session will address your concerns. Gentle stretching can be incorporated into this session as well as any work on any muscles needing focus or additional attention. *Treatment can include use of myofascial release techniques*
Reflexology
A deeply relaxing treatment that uses application of pressure points to the feet and hands to bring the body back into balance. The science of Reflexology targets the reflexes instead of working directly on the corresponding body part.
