Blair Hennessey, MPT, CSCS, CSCP Registered Physiotherapist and Applied Sports Scientist Blair is a physiotherapist with a passion for high-performance rehabilitation, athlete development, and objective data-driven care. A graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program at Western University, Blair brings a unique blend of clinical skill and athletic experience. With over 9 years of service as an Infantryman in the Canadian Forces and a lifelong background in competitive hockey, soccer, and endurance sports, Blair understands the physical and mental demands placed on athletes. He combines a profound emphasis on exercise-based therapy with therapeutic techniques such as Functional Dry Needling, joint mobilization, and soft-tissue release to support recovery and enhance performance. Blair is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Sports First Responder, currently serving as Head Physical Therapist and Applied Sports Scientist for the Sarnia Sting of the OHL. He has extensive experience with musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehab, and return-to-sport planning across all levels of competition. Through his work with elite, varsity and professional teams, he prioritizes athlete education, injury prevention, and individualized care.
