I am here for you.... whether you are physically in pain, or the stresses of life are taking their toll on both your body and your emotions... I am here to help with it all. Research has shown how intricately the body and mind are connected. Massage can help not only with physical pain, but with emotional and mental health as well. History of trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic headaches? I want to help. My massage style is very therapeutic. My Ashiatsu massage allows for increase in pressure for those who need it, while still being incredibly relaxing. A little more about me: I went to school at the Hawaii Healing Arts College in Kailua and became a Licenced Massage Therapist in 2019. I love what I do. I now have an office in Waialua at the Ka'ala Healing Arts building. I have two amazing children and five pets :) I am an outdoor adventurer and I love living in Hawaii exploring the mountains and being in the ocean swimming, snorkeling, surfing, etc.... all of it. I am a very caring person, and I want you to feel my office is a safe place for you to come, let go, and heal.
Mobile Massage. If you would prefer to have me come to you at your place, I will travel up to 30 minutes away and treat you in your own home. Book more than one person and save on the mobile fee! Mobile massage may be booked outside of office hours, please text or call 808 798 2407 to book. (*Ashiatsu is not available for mobile Massage as I do not have mobile bars.)
