Studied massage therapy at Northeastern Institute of Whole Health. Provides Grigorian Method massages, Reiki, and Swedish based integrative massages. I approach each massage with caring, and acceptance for each client. I have a working background with those in recovery from alcohol and addictions, traumas, physical injuries, and degenerative conditions. I enjoy working with clients to meet their wellness goals. After your session I may include stretches, or meditations to do between sessions to enhance the therapeutic benefits.
