I approach each massage with caring, and acceptance for each client. I have a working background with those in recovery from alcohol and addictions, traumas, physical injuries, and degenerative conditions. I enjoy working with clients to meet their wellness goals. After your session I may include stretches, or meditations to do between sessions to enhance the therapeutic benefits. Reflexology
Pampering treatment that will leave you floating and nutured. Sink into deep relaxation as aloe infused lotion is massaged on hands, arms and face. Nourishing citrus or ginger lotion is massaged into your feet. Grigorian Method techniques are implemented to target neck/upper back pain followed by Reflexology points on feet for full body wellness.
