Carl Patrnchak is a licensed Physical Therapist and Board Certified Orthotist. He is the founder of the Myofascial Physical Therapy. Carl received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northwestern University with a BA in Biology, Northwestern University Medical School, Programs in Physical Therapy and Northwestern’s Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Orthotics and Prosthetics. Carl and his identical twin brother were Defensive Co-Captains for the 1974-75 Northwestern Wildcat football team. He has conducted orthopedic research at Northwestern University Department of Rehabilitation Engineering and worked with the team physicians and athletes for the Chicago Cubs and Bulls. After moving to Rockford, he was the Director of Rehabilitation Services at OSF Healthcare Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford for 18 years. Carl has over 30 years of experience helping to diagnose and successfully treat problems of the fascial system. By completing the necessary courses and hands on clinical requirements, Carl is considered an expert myofascial therapist by the John F. Barnes organization.

This first appointment consists of new patient consultation, evaluation, and treatment. A referral is required either from one of our faculty clinicians or from your primary care provider.
