Brooklyn is passionate about movement and living an active lifestyle. She has graduated from the 2200-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria and has been registered through the College of Massage Therapists in BC since 2018. Each treatment will consist of a variety of techniques including general swedish, myofascial release, trigger point release assisted with instruments, and movement modalities all in the context of helping her patients achieve their goals. Her interests include sport-related injuries, headache pain management, and repetitive/overuse stress injuries. In her spare time, you can find Brooklyn biking and snowboarding at Mount Washington.
