I am a Registered Massage Therapist who integrates evidence-informed manual therapy with body awareness practices to support optimal healing and function. I graduated from the Massage Therapy Diploma Program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in August 2019, completing over 2,500 hours of comprehensive hands-on clinical training. Throughout my education and professional experience, I have treated a diverse patient population, including competitive athletes, individuals in rehabilitation settings, and those living with complex conditions such as spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and multiple sclerosis. I also have extensive experience providing care for prenatal and postnatal patients, with a strong emphasis on safe, supportive, and effective treatment throughout all stages of pregnancy. I am passionate about helping individuals restore balance and improve quality of life through a realistic, methodical, and holistic approach to care. My treatments often incorporate guided breathing techniques to enhance tissue release and deepen body awareness. Depending on each patient’s goals and presentation, sessions may include a combination of relaxation techniques, deep tissue therapy, postural correction, and preventative maintenance. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and health objectives. Therapist reserves the right to decline or refer care where a therapeutic relationship may be compromised
