Dr. Catherine Bridge is a nationally certified and state licensed acupuncturist with a passion for bringing body and mind back into alignment. Her approach centers on the philosophy that feelings are not experienced in the mind — they are felt in the body. Catherine’s calming and grounding treatments leave patients feeling whole. From this foundation, she uses acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, bodywork, and herbal formulas to address all manner of pathology including pain, insomnia, depression and anxiety, GI dysfunction, menstrual irregularities, and more. Catherine has been studying the human body for over 15 years. She received her massage license in 2012 and graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2022 with a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Catherine is a queer mama living in Oregon City with her family. She spends her free time chasing after her toddler, studying music, and mercilessly combating blackberries that threaten to swallow her house whole.
90 min. initial visit includes a full assessment, medical history review, and diagnostic evaluation through palpation, orthopedic tests, and tongue and pulse analysis. Single-use needles target your concerns while supporting overall wellness. Needle placement lasts 30 minutes, followed by a discussion of your treatment plan and expected outcomes.
