239 W Cermak Rd, Chicago, IL, 60616

Chunxin brings a strong foundation in biomedical science to his clinical practice and holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University. He is currently working at multiple clinics throughout the Chicago area, making it so that he is continually deepening his expertise through collaborative, thoughtful dialogue with colleagues across disciplines. While he enjoys working with a wide range of conditions, he holds particular interest in neurological disorders, digestion issues, and pain management. He has cared for hundreds of patients in both community acupuncture settings and private sessions that offer extensive, personalized intake. A lifelong aspiring healthcare provider, Chunxin is passionate about patient education and finds great fulfillment in helping individuals better understand their health. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his three hairless cats (Nadine, Jigoku, and Earl), reading all kinds of fiction, and honing his skills in cooking meat.

During an acupuncture session, patients undergo a comprehensive medical intake and may receive treatment for a wide range of conditions, including (but not limited to) back pain, headaches, digestive issues, mood imbalances, women’s health concerns, respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, circulatory problems, and substance dependence. Acupuncture works by addressing underlying disharmonies, gently restoring balance to the body, enhancing vitality, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
