Chelsea is a Registered Massage Therapist who also has a background in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Chels then went on to obtain her personal training certification through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Chelsea takes her passion for the body, movement, and exercise, and tries to create a well rounded plan for an optimal rehabilitation process. She focuses on educating her clients, so they have a better understanding of what their body is telling them, and how a combination of hands-on therapy and a consistent exercise program can help them overcome their limitations, and create a positive impact on their lifestyle. Additionally, Chelsea found a passion in teaching future massage therapists at Loyalist College, completed her Fascial Stretch Therapy Certification, and is currently in the process of her completing her 100HR Pilates Teacher Training Course. Specializations: With her background in anatomy and how the body moves, Chelsea strongly focuses on getting her clients to move more and better. She tries to leave clients empowered to make the small tweaks to their movement and lifestyle, that will allow for big results. Chelsea’s treatment style focuses on not only the hands on tissue work, but active and passive movement both on and off the table.
