I have been working as a physiotherapist since 2011 when I graduated with my Masters from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to this I received my BKin from the University of Calgary in 2008. I worked as a personal trainer for a time and my experience in that field continues to affect how I treat today. Working with people to find the right exercises for them is one of my favourite parts of the day. After working as a PT in Calgary for two years we moved back to Trochu, when we started a family. I have been working in the area since 2014 and am excited to have the opportunity to serve this great community, close to home. I have experience treating all types of musculoskeletal conditions and I have been using dry needling as a tool in my toolbelt since 2019. I have taken extra training in manual techniques and pain science, and am also trained to offer pelvic floor therapy. I love to meet my patients where they are and work together to build back strength and function and improve pain along the way. I look forward to travelling with you on your rehab journey.
