Joseph Ghosn
MOVE Physiotherapy
1181 Larry Uteck Boulevard, 103, Bedford, NS, B4B 0S9
For Joseph, a Halifax native and Dalhousie alum, physiotherapy is about much more than just addressing your symptoms—it’s about changing how you understand your body. He approaches his practice with a core clinical philosophy: an injury shouldn’t be viewed as a setback; it’s an opportunity to correct underlying mechanics and improve how you move long-term. Practicing since 2018, Joseph has gained extensive experience working with athletes of various ages and levels, from grassroots programs to competing at international events. He has over seven years of experience working with university level athletes from pre-season optimization to long-term rehabilitation. His background in competitive sports shapes his comprehensive, hands-on approach to rehabilitation. He continues to pursue post-graduate training to advance his level of care. His current toolkit includes the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) program, Level 2 Dry Needling, and Advanced Concussion management (Concussion Rehab Works, Concussion: prevention, detection and management). By combining manual therapy, customized therapeutic exercise, and empowering education, he helps patients at MOVE turn their current physical hurdles into a clear roadmap for lasting recovery. A natural problem solver in and out of the clinic, Joseph spends his personal time chasing his three sons, playing for his local ball hockey teams, and running 5ks along the mainland north trail in Clayton Park.
