Meet Lily, a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about supporting women and families through evidence-based bodywork. She specializes in prenatal, therapeutic, and pain-management-focused massage, using a client-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, safety, and individualized care. Lily is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS) and has extensive experience conducting patient assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and supporting recovery and pain relief through techniques such as prenatal massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage. Her work has been recognized with 2024 Best in Abilene awards for excellence in massage and spa services . As a wife and mother of four, Lily brings a grounded understanding of the physical demands of everyday life. Outside the office, she enjoys camping, hiking, and road-tripping with her husband and kids—experiences that reinforce her belief in movement, balance, and recovery. This 60 minute booking will consist of 50-55 minutes of table time, with a pre-massage check in of your concerns with the therapist. *If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy or have recently had surgery, we kindly ask that you obtain written clearance from your healthcare provider before scheduling with our massage therapists.
