Rachel, a 2008 McMaster University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, pursued further studies in Massage Therapy in 2010 at Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic. She augmented her expertise with Medical Acupuncture, Dry Needling, and a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training. She has worked in a variety of settings ranging from luxury spa to clinical rehabilitation, which has given her a wide range of experience and skills to help and provide for her clientele. She uses her yoga teaching and clinical experience to empower clients to remedially exercise at home. She is passionate about helping people through her work to feel their best - whether it’s for relaxation or helping to solve chronic pain issues - she loves it all!
