Kristi started her career path by gaining a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley and worked as a kinesiologist/trainer for 2 years. She completed her massage therapy training at WCCMT in August 2021. Kristi is also certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Kristi believes in a team-based approach to therapy, with client and therapist working together towards the same goal of optimal health. She is excited to continually grow and expand her knowledge as a therapist to provide you with the most individualized and effective session possible. In her spare time, she loves anything that involves exploring our beautiful province: hiking, camping, climbing, and skiing.
