Theresa is a dedicated bodyworker and second-year Registered Massage Therapy student with a passion for helping clients improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and restore optimal function through evidence-informed manual therapy. She has a strong interest in deep tissue techniques and fascial-based approaches with a focus on addressing myofascial restrictions, muscle tension, and movement limitations. Theresa takes an individualized approach to care by adapting each treatment to the client’s needs and goals, and is committed to continuing her clinical development while helping clients achieve meaningful improvements in their overall well-being and physical function.
