Emma spent much of her childhood in Peterborough where she was very involved in both dance and gymnastics. She graduated from Western University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and went on to work as a Kinesiologist at a clinic in Ottawa. She acquired a Masters in Physical Therapy from Western University in 2018 and returned to Peterborough after an international placement in Australia. Emma is a certified Gymnastics Medicine medical provider and has special interests in strength training, weightlifting, crossfit, gymnastics and movement practices. Emma is passionate about engaging Peterborough’s population on an individual and community level to inspire and empower them to take ownership of their health and wellbeing!

Initial Assessment
