I’m an Intuitive Healer and Reader with over 15 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. Several of those years were spent learning from great practitioners and change makers in a chiropractic clinic serving athletes and families ranging from 4 to 98 years old. My journey as a healer began at NIMT, where I earned my Massage Therapy diplomas and developed a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology and osteopathic principles. I also received certification in Lensen techniques and developed a strong focus on trigger point release early in my career. My treatments are informative, corrective and supportive, and I specialize in: Shoulder & hip pain/limitation Trigger point therapy Myofascial release & cupping Identifying and addressing root causes My goal is to educate and empower my clients so they can experience meaningful, lasting improvement—not just temporary relief. Every treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, goals and comfort level. In 2021, a spontaneous shamanic initiation transformed my understanding of healing and expanded my work beyond the physical body. Since then, I’ve continued developing my intuitive and energy-based approach through Reiki, akashics, shamanic work, psychology theory, limiting-belief clearing, life coaching, animal communication, mediumship and tarot readings. I have a passion for supporting cycle-breakers and those ready to explore the mental, emotional, physical, energetic and generational patterns that shape their lives. Having walked my own journey of healing and transformation, I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to this work. I believe that by listening to the messages within our bodies, emotions and experiences, we can begin to release what no longer serves us and reconnect with our pain-free, authentic selves. Outside of my work, I have a deep love for animals and children and have had the privilege of being a very involved horse and cat guardian. In the summer, I spend some weekends selling healing crystals, inspirational items and handmade jewelry at markets and events. I love flowers and gardening, writing music, learning about history, people and spirituality, trying new hobbies, riding bikes, going to the beach and playing sports casually. Despite being analytical by nature, I find joy in some of the most mundane tasks and love going with the flow wherever spirit calls me.
