Rebecca began her massage therapy practice in 2020 in New Denver, BC, where she has practiced for the last five years. Her interest in massage grew out of her background in martial arts, and other movement practices. As well as general Swedish massage techniques, she has Vodder School Manual Lymphatic Drainage training to Level 2, and can help mobilize scar tissue and edema for post-surgery. She enjoys helping people connect and feel safe in their bodies, and caring for the nervous system as a whole.

Lymphatic Drainage
This appointment is for initial intake appointments as well as 75 minute follow-up treatments. MLD is a gentle massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting the removal of waste, toxins, and excess fluids from the body. It involves light, rhythmic strokes and gentle pressure to encourage lymphatic flow. MLD can help reduce swelling, enhance immune function, and promote relaxation. Treatment time combines lymphatic drainage with general massage therapy techniques, such as Swedish massage and myofascial release. Rebecca is trained in Vodder School MLD to L2, with the ability to work on fully functioning lymphatic systems only. Please reach out to her if you have any questions about whether MLD is the right fit for you.
