Alice was inspired to become a Physiotherapist from a young age and she received her Masters of Physical Therapy from McMaster University after also completing her Bachelors in Kinesiology there too. Alice has participated in a wide variety of sports including; field hockey, swimming, and track and field. Her experiences in sport sparked a fascination with the human body and its awesome ability to adapt to life’s stressors. Alice’s goal is to help you appreciate the resiliency of your body while empowering you with tools and support to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Alice enjoys having fun while getting to know you. You will work together to build a comprehensive treatment plan. Alice’s sessions are both individualized and diverse, including a combination of manual therapy, functional exercises, and education. Outside of the clinic, you can find her on adventures hiking and canoeing in the great outdoors or travelling and exploring new cities. She also loves checking out new places to eat so be sure to hit her up with your best recommendations during your next session!
