A Kinesiology assessment consists of a 1 hour appointment in which you chat with your Kinesiologist about your goals, followed by a physical assessment and together you make a plan that best suits your needs and lifestyle. Typically, the Kinesiology assessment is followed by in-person sessions (exercises, mobility work, movement for pain management etc.) or a personalized program for you to complete independently.
