Jeremy is a highly motivated physiotherapist who graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Carlisle, England in 2025. His treatment approach blends hands on manual therapy when appropriate with a strong emphasis on active rehabilitation that keeps patients moving, engaged, and confident throughout their recovery. He focuses on improving movement mechanics and addressing the underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. His goal is to promote long term movement health by helping patients develop better habits, body awareness, and strategies that support sustainable recovery and performance. Jeremy completed his undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies at the University of Toronto, where he also competed as a member of the varsity men’s basketball team. As a former competitive athlete, he brings a unique perspective to rehabilitation. Years of training, competing, and navigating injuries have given him a deep understanding of both the physical and mental challenges involved in rehabilitation. This background allows him to connect with patients, set realistic and meaningful goals, and tailor treatment plans to fit each individual’s lifestyle and physical demands. He strives to create a collaborative and motivating rehab environment where patients feel understood, supported, and actively involved in their progress. Outside of the clinic, Jeremy enjoys strength training, spending time in the gym, hiking, and maintaining an active lifestyle. These interests continue to shape his approach to movement, training, and injury prevention, reinforcing his commitment to helping patients move better and stay active long term.
