I am a trauma-informed and evidence-based Naturopathic doctor. My approach includes both traditional medical and naturopathic modalities to provide an integrative and holistic plan that is unique to your needs. Currently, my practice is focused on mental health, ADHD, hormonal conditions like PCOS, sleep, stress/burnout, sleep and nutritional deficiencies but I am happy to work outside these areas to support anyone who has felt unheard or unsupported in dealing with their health concerns. My goal as a doctor is to create a space that is collaborative, empathetic, educational and free from any judgement. I will always strive to be as inclusive as possible and create a safe space for LGBTQIA2S+ and gender-diverse people, BIPOC, disabled people, and any other oppressed populations.
