I have always enjoyed massage. Being able to help people reach their health, relaxation and destressing goals. I graduated from Lexington Healing Arts Academy with an interest in a wide array of modalities. An example of these include Warm Bamboo Fusion, Swedish/Relaxation, Aroma Touch therapy. These are great to relieve stress, tension, aches and pains that can bring on a multitude of other issues such as migraines, headaches, muscle tension just to name a few. Cosmic Bliss Massage is centrally located in Versailles, Ky. I enjoy expanding my massage knowledge, hiking, cross stitch, 5k's and 7 milers.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
