I have been a Massage Therapist since August of 2005. I love what I do and I love being able to help people let go of the stresses and tension that our day to day lives puts on our muscles. I believe in the power of Massage Therapy to help Renew your lifestyle and make you fell relaxed and just better all around. I am a mother to four children and work full time so I know first hand the stresses life can put on us and how positive Massage can be in our lives. I am here to help. I find deep pressure work to come naturally to me but I can and will customize your session to fit your needs.
Massage
This session is customized to meet the needs of the client by using a combination of Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular techniques. Aromatherapy diffuser ran in each session to help promote a relaxing and tranquil environment.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's on, This session could be beneficial for someone recovering from surgery. Approval of massage from the physician is recommended.
