After completing his Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of British Columbia, Paul worked as a Personal Trainer for four and a half years. While training, he found his passion for rehabilitation and coaching, so he went back to the University of British Columbia to complete his bachelor’s in Kinesiology. His passion for helping others pushed him to take courses in addition to the courses taken at University such as back specialization courses, shoulder rehabilitation courses, knee rehabilitation courses, fascial stretching courses, corrective exercise courses, and others. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind and each individual has a unique situation that leads to a healthy body. Each unique situation requires personalized goals, needs, and exercises. Paul believes that exercise is key, not only for performance but for injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and a better quality of life. Whatever your level, Paul’s goal is to empower people to enjoy life, no matter what the obstacle. Away from work, you can find Paul always looking for opportunities to learn more about rehabilitation. He also enjoys a good walk, a good hike, a good swim or playing whichever sports are available to him at the time.
