Sukhman is a Registered Physiotherapist providing care in the Oakville area. With an emphasis on client centred care, she is happy to provide services in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. Sukhman’s passion for physiotherapy started after her own athletic injuries, where she worked closely with a physiotherapist to recover from a knee surgery. She went on to complete her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2023, and returned to complete her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster in 2025. This past year, Sukhman completed her Level 1 certification in NeuroKinetic Therapy, a cutting edge practice that helps to address dysfunctional movement patterns to regain movement, improve function, and reduce pain. Sukhman takes a holistic approach when treating her patients, considering the patient as a whole when assessing and treating. As someone grew up playing several sports and now competes in powerlifting competitively, exercise is a core pillar in Sukhman’s practice. Blended with targeted manual therapy techniques, she works closely with her patients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual. When working with Sukhman, patients can expect a positive and safe space, where they feel empowered to achieve real results. Combining evidence based research with patient values and clinical expertise, Sukhman offers a comprehensive approach to patient care. In her spare time, Sukhman can be found baking, reading, working out, or trying new restaurants!
