Kayla Arsenault is a physiotherapist who graduated from Dalhousie University’s Physiotherapy program in 2019. With a passion for improving patients’ quality of life and promoting recovery, she continues to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions to help clients reach their goals. In addition to a foundation in physiotherapy, Kayla has pursued further training in Dry Needling, the GLA:D Program, and Vestibular Rehabilitation, offering patients comprehensive care in diverse areas of rehabilitation. This advanced training allows her to treat a broad spectrum of conditions, including acute and chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, osteoarthritis, dizziness, and balance issues, with effective, evidence-based techniques. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys coaching figure skating, playing recreational sports and enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Pishum.
