Kristin Howe

Hi, I’m Kristin! Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Corrective Bodywork, Sports Massage, Cupping Therapy, Prenatal and Postpartum Massage & Oncology Massage. Prior to becoming licensed in massage therapy, I earned my Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center, concentrating in Maternal and Child Health and spent several years working in sexual and reproductive healthcare and education in Austin, Texas. I’ve been practicing massage for 8 years and I love providing a safe space that’s not only deeply relaxing but also therapeutic while helping clients achieve pain relief, structural balance and a greater range of motion. In each session, I use integrated massage techniques, combining multiple modalities to support holistic healing. With advanced training in perinatal, prenatal and postpartum massage, I especially love supporting women - both physically and emotionally - during these important phases. I also have advanced training in Oncology massage to support those in our community living with cancer. I believe in the transformative and healing power of massage and that everyone can benefit from regular bodywork!
