Designed to address severe tension and deeply held patterns, this work focuses on muscles and connective tissue beneath the surface to restore mobility, ease chronic pain, and support injury recovery.Sessions combine skilled deep tissue techniques with heated Himalayan salt stones to soften fascia, improve circulation, and allow the body to release without force. The result is deeper opening, improved range of motion, and a nervous system that can finally let go.
